These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services. Effie Linke assumes no legal liability for any damages, losses, or other consequences of any client decisions, subsequent to, or based on readings provided. 

Effie is an Evidential Medium. She is a light worker and empath who communicates with spirit guides and spirit communicators and is therefore intuitive, healing and spiritual in nature. Working through her mediumship, she delivers evidential spiritual communication through her faculty of spiritual abilities to help clients find comfort in the words of loved ones and gives evidence, messages, and healing to you (client) in order to help you (client) on your journey through life. That being said, the services are to be used for informational purposes only. A mediumship session is not a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis and treatment. Effie is a highly accurate medium and intuitive, but she is not a licensed medical practitioner. Effie does not diagnose medical conditions, does not perform medical treatment, does not prescribe substances and does not interfere with the treatment of a client by a licensed medical professional. All information services, suggestions or advice given to you (client) does in no way take the place of or represent any type of medical, legal or financial advice given to you by any qualified professional. Effie shall not accept responsibility for any actions by clients made based on advice or information obtained during a session. Further, clients bear the responsibility for any decisions they make or actions they take based on the information provided by Effie and she shall not be liable to anyone for any loss or injury resulting from the direct or indirect use of such information and shall not be liable for any decision made or action taken by me (client) or others in reliance upon such information. By purchasing / participating in any of Effie's sessions, parties, teachings, classes or events, you (client) or any person you have booked for agree(s) that your consultation is subject to your own interpretation. Information you receive does not constitute legal, psychological, medical, business or financial advice. Choices and/or actions based on the content of your session are your responsibility. Do not take the advice given in any reading or coaching session in lieu of medical, legal, or professional advice. You (client) also agree to not hold Effie liable for any information that is received during a session. Any action you (client) take as a consequence of this reading is solely your responsibility. She believes herself to be reasonably reliable; however, she makes no claims, representations, or warranties as to the information's completeness, accuracy and/or currency.

Withdrawal and Cancellation of Services

We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel any of our services at any time without prior notice.

You may cancel your service subscription by providing us with written notice. 

If you cancel prior to 24 hours before your reading, you will be refunded the entire amount of your session less the bank transaction fee, which is non-refundable. If you cancel within 24 hours of your reading, you will be refunded the amount of your session less a sitting fee of $20 as I may not be able to fill a last-minute cancellation with a another client. The remainder will be refunded less the bank transaction fee, which is non-refundable.

Missed appointments will not be refunded. Rescheduling is at the discretion and convenience of the medium.

Financial Transactions

All financial transactions conducted through our website are subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable laws. We accept payments via major credit cards and other specified methods. All payments must be made in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Liability for Information Errors

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our website, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided. We are not liable for any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the content on our website.

Website Downtime

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website. We may experience temporary downtime due to maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from website downtime.

Attribution and Adaptation

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Medium Aaliya and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our explicit written permission.

Commercial or Non-Commercial Use

Our content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use our content for any commercial purpose without obtaining prior written consent from us.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, or any other conduct that could harm us, our users, or third parties. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and to disable the accounts of users who engage in prohibited conduct.

Disabling User Accounts

We reserve the right to disable or terminate user accounts at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for violations of these Terms or any other reason we deem appropriate.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website and services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
