These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

All readings given by Effie Linke are for entertainment purposes only. Readings do not replace the advice of any professional Doctor, Lawyer, Accountant, medical, legal, career or business advice. You have free will to make your own decisions. The contents of a reading are not legally binding. Any decisions made, or actions taken by you as a result of your reading are your sole responsibility and have not been forced upon you.  

Effie Linke assumes no legal liability for any damages, losses, or other consequences of any client decisions, subsequent to, or based on readings provided. 

Withdrawal and Cancellation of Services

We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel any of our services at any time without prior notice.

You may cancel your service subscription by providing us with written notice. 

If you cancel prior to 24 hours before your reading, you will be refunded the entire amount of your session less the bank transaction fee, which is non-refundable. If you cancel within 24 hours of your reading, you will be refunded the amount of your session less a sitting fee of $20 as I may not be able to fill a last-minute cancellation with a another client. The remainder will be refunded less the bank transaction fee, which is non-refundable.

Missed appointments will not be refunded. Rescheduling is at the discretion and convenience of the medium.

Financial Transactions

All financial transactions conducted through our website are subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable laws. We accept payments via major credit cards and other specified methods. All payments must be made in US dollars (USD).

Liability for Information Errors

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our website, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided. We are not liable for any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the content on our website.

Website Downtime

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website. We may experience temporary downtime due to maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from website downtime.

Attribution and Adaptation

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Medium Aaliya and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our explicit written permission.

Commercial or Non-Commercial Use

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website and services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
